Words are powerful, by just changing the words you use it can change the way you emotionally feel.

Being mindful is learning how to listen to your true inner self, not a busy mind. Take a breath, creating a space, a moment, a pause before you respond, finding clarity of mind.

Remember nothing stays the same, the essence of who you are does not lie in the past, that has gone, who you are is now in the present moment.
